Never before had Transvulcania achieved these figures in October. The phenomenon confirms the definitive resurgence of the race, which, after the last few editions, has managed to regain the interest and passion of both runners and the public in La Palma, as well as popular and elite international athletes.

The Marathon and Half Marathon categories sold out in record time, while there are still places available for the Ultramarathon and Vertical Climb categories, up to a total of 3,000 participants for its sixteenth edition. Today, Friday, a waiting list will be set up for the two categories that have just sold out on the event’s website. This new success consolidates Transvulcania adidas TERREX as one of the most sought-after events on the international trail running calendar and as a real tourist, sporting, and social driver for La Palma.
