Transvulcania adidas has signed Nutrinovex as its official sports nutrition sponsor

The organizers of the adidas Transvulcania have reached a sponsorship agreement with the Spanish sports nutrition brand Nutrinovex, which will become a new partner for the highly anticipated event. Scheduled to take place from May 7 to 9, 2026, the event will bring together elite athletes and amateurs from around the world on the island of La Palma.

With this agreement, the race strengthens its network of sponsors by adding a company specializing in nutrition for endurance sports—a key factor in the performance and experience of participants in events such as Transvulcania.

Yurguen Hernández, the Sports Councilor for the La Palma Island Council, highlighted the importance of having strategic partners who help maintain the event’s international prestige. “For an event of Transvulcania’s caliber, it is essential to be supported by top-tier brands that share our vision of sports and the region. This agreement with Nutrinovex strengthens the race’s standing and ensures that runners have access to quality products in an area as critical as nutrition during the race,” said Hernández.

For his part, the company’s CEO, José Pons, spoke very highly of this partnership with one of the most iconic events on the international trail running calendar. “We are proud to partner with Transvulcania, one of the world’s most iconic trail running races. It’s an event that perfectly embodies the spirit we share: pushing oneself to the limit, respect for nature, and each runner’s ability to confront their own limits.”

Nutrinovex is a Spanish sports nutrition brand specializing in endurance sports such as cycling, trail running, and urban running. Its product line includes energy bars, gels, and carbohydrate-rich drinks designed to support athletes during exercise, with a particular focus on ingredient quality, digestibility, and taste and texture.

Under the agreement, Nutrinovex will be featured at the Trasnvulcania aid stations as well as in the runner’s bag that athletes will receive when they pick up their race bib.

The company emphasizes that partnering with Transvulcania means helping to enhance the nutritional experience of participants in an event that, year after year, pushes the physical and mental limits of thousands of runners amid the spectacular volcanic landscapes of La Palma.
