More than half a thousand youngsters took part in the different distances programmed on a very special day for the race on the Isla Bonita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Transvulcania Kids-Junior Spar La Palma returned to its place of origin for a day marked by fun and excitement. The race created for the youngest participants returned to its magical and traditional venue of the Refugio de El Pilar, where the youth of mountain races enjoyed themselves and made them enjoy themselves on routes designed according to age ranges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From the youngest, those who are just starting out in this speciality, to the oldest, those who are close to being the next to join the list of local runners who are already taking part in the races for the older ones, all enjoyed a very special day with the support of their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thus, in an afternoon marked by the feeling of belonging to an event created to promote healthy lifestyle habits and outdoor sport among young people, all participants had the same share of protagonism and enjoyed themselves in the emblematic surroundings of the Refugio de El Pilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The young runners of La Palma enjoyed themselves as Moana Lilly Kehres or Yoel de Paz did in previous years, now exponents of those generations that were born from the seedbed of illusion of the Transvulcania Kids-Junior Spar La Palma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The president of the Cabildo Insular de La Palma, Sergio Rodr\u00edguez, acknowledged at the end of the day that it had been \u2018very exciting to see how the seed of Transvulcania is transmitted to these generations that are now part of the Transvulcania Kids-Junior SPAR La Palma.
